How do I change my subscription tier? What will happen to the billing process?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time on the Subscription tab.

Upgraded pricing will start immediately after processing your payment and the difference will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. To clarify this, let's consider a Gold subscriber that upgrades to Platinum 15 days into their Gold billing cycle. This user will have half of the Gold subscription cost deducted from their Platinum subscription cost for the first billing cycle and the next cycle(s) will be at the standard rate.

Downgrade pricing will commence at the start of the next billing cycle and you will maintain access to the subscription tiers features until the next cycle starts.
